To expose how poorly major banks treated their customers, we launched an “anti-banking banking” campaign that challenged the status quo. With a fraction of the big four’s budgets, we made Customer Owned Banking impossible to ignore – memorable, shareable, and impactful. The campaign proved that a challenger brand, with the right idea, can reframe a category and shift perceptions at scale.
